Alpha v0.2.2 - Lighting Update!

Patch notes:
- Dynamic lighting! Light casters such as fire now actually cast light.
- Locator centre now hides on use to better see placement of smaller items.
- Prop placement setting -> Perpendicular is now split into 2 different modes (Y and Z) for more usability.
- Scalable VFX.
- Set Minimum Map size to 5x3x5.
- Table and Abyss (The under side of the map) size and placement adjustments.
- Talking animation is now on loop.
Bug Fixes:
- NavMesh rebake on Undo & Redo
- Uniform Weapon start rotation so weapons don't attach backwards
- Some Prop fixes
- Stopped the ability to save maps with the same name as existing maps and overwriting them
- Stopped the ability to make maps with a size of 0
